The integral finger sensor is designed to fit a wide range of digits from a child as young as 4 years to an adult. It can be used on any pediatric patient whose fingertip reaches the finger stop device and on whom the sensor fits securely. The integral sensor is deigned for spot check pulse oximetry only and must be removed after use.
