Description
The SunTech Vet25E, Vet30E, and Vet40E Equine Blood Pressure Monitors feature an equine-specific blood pressure algorithm developed in collaboration with a leading veterinary school. These monitors provide accurate blood pressure measurements on awake or minimally sedated animals, as well as in the operating room.
- Vet25E: Designed for reliable blood pressure monitoring in equine and small animal patients.
- Vet30E: Adds temperature and pulse oximetry measurement to blood pressure monitoring. Includes a rectal temperature probe, rectal SpO₂ sensor, and Y-lingual SpO₂ sensor for tongue or lip application.
- Vet40E: Our most advanced model, offering blood pressure, temperature, SpO₂, ECG, and EtCO₂ monitoring, plus enhanced connectivity, expanded memory, and additional workflow features for high-volume practices and surgical environments.
All three monitors come with 8 cuffs, including sizes 1–6 for small animals and two larger sizes for horse tails. Each monitor supports small animal and equine modes, making them versatile for patients ranging from kittens to Clydesdales.
The equine specific algorithm on the Vet25E, Vet30E, Vet40E had to be fine-tuned for the differences between equine and canine/feline populations. In addition to adjusting the blood pressure algorithm, the heart rate range was increased. The new range has a lower minimum heart rate of 15 beats per minute to accommodate the lower heart rates that can be found in equine patients.
