Cardiac Direct ships via the Federal Express Service, which delivers shipments anywhere in the United States usually within 2-5 days at low rates. For most machines and supplies, shipping is free. However, we do charge a mandatory insurance fee for most equipment products in the event they arrive damaged. The insurance fee is in the best interest of our customers to fully protect them from damages that are caused by the freight carrier.
For very small or heavy/bulk orders, a slight adjustment may be made to the shipping fees. Customers are notified of the adjustment prior to it being made.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are available at an additional charge. If this option is desired, you must contact us prior to purchasing any products. Orders received by 3:00 pm Pacific Time are usually shipped the same day.
We accept all international orders! We can ship your order via any carrier you desire using your own account or pre paid, but you must contact us prior or immediately after purchasing any products. Additional shipping fees may apply to all international orders based on the specific location and desired delivery time. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays resulting from local customs clearance procedures that can take up to 6-8 weeks.
Cardiac Direct will not charge a restock fee for items returned to us within 7 days upon receipt of product.
Products returned to us after 7 days upon receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Additional fees may apply).
Custom order products cannot and will not be accepted for return under any circumstance. All custom order sales are final.
Cardiac Direct cannot accept a return on any item after 15 days of the original purchase date. If Cardiac Direct shipped a product under a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the actual cost of shipping to you, even though the item/s were originally shipped at our expense.
All sales outside the USA are considered final. Cardiac Direct will not accept returns or issue a credit on any products shipped outside the USA. Military and APO are exempt from this policy.
All items must be returned in the original undamaged box with all warranty cards and materials still in the original box.
A return good authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. Any product incorrectly returned to Cardiac Direct without an RGA number will not be accepted and will not be eligible for credit. Do to Federal regulations, some items may not be returned if used at any given time.
In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective or inoperable during the product’s warranty term; Cardiac Direct will either fix the product or provide a replacement product at no additional charge. All warranties are negated if the product has been tampered with, customized, dropped, or misused by the customer.
