The ADC Pro’s Combo II 768-670 Pocket Aneroid/Dual Head Scope Kit includes an ADC Prosphyg 768 Pocket Aneroid Sphygmomanometer and an ADC Proscope 670 Dual Head Stethoscope in an extra-large, color-matched, dual pocket carry case. The ADC Prosphyg 768 Pocket Aneroid Sphygmomanometer includes a black enamel 300 mm Hg manometer, and an adult sized Adcuff Nylon Cuff. The ADC Proscope 670 Dual Head Stethoscope features a combination diaphragm and bell chestpiece.
