Description

The Verathon BladderScan BVI 6400 Ultrasound Device is a portable, hand-held bladder scanner that is equipped with advanced VMODE technology for fast, accurate, and noninvasive urinary bladder volume and post-void residual (PVR) measurements. This bladder scanner assists in diagnosing urinary retention and postoperative urinary retention (POUR) while reducing the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs). Additionally, the BladderScan BVI 6400 features a lightweight, ergonomic probe for precision aiming, voice annotation for up to 10 exams, and the ability to upload data to ScanPoint software for EHR integration.
